Product Support

SDK Support

The SDK Support Program offers expert assistance to guide your development process, including sanity checks, best practice recommendations, and work-around suggestions.  See here for the list of SDKs supported by this program. Eligible partners currently enrolled in VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program can obtain support by logging into this portal and navigating to the SDK tab. Users can file a case by clicking on the Create Support Case link. TAP partners can purchase support for SDKs through the Ecosystem Services SOW. You can find more details in our Services program page.  

Certification Support

Eligible partners currently enrolled in VMware Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program and one of VMware's Ecosystem Engineering certification programs can obtain certification support by purchasing the relevant entitlement for their program from the VMware Store here. If your program is not listed please review the instructions for certification support provided as part of your program materials here on Developer Center.

Ecosystem Services Development Support and Other Services

Ecosystem Services Development Support is an offering for partner developers, delivered by developers in VMware's Engineering Team. It is specifically designed to serve partners who are producing solutions/products for the VMware ecosystem. 

The team delivering support is part of the VMware Ecosystem Services organization. All team members are experienced developers in their own right, with diverse industry backgrounds, including Operating Systems, Networking, Storage, Management, Web Client and Applications development. Each is an expert in their VMware specialty area and can act as a go to resource when difficult technical issues emerge during development.
