VCF on VxRail Scripts for import second and subsequent cluster to the domain

1. Copy the contents of the zip to sddc-manager
2. Replace cluster_creation_spec_vxrail.json with the payload to import secondary cluster.
3. Execute 

   python3 create_cluster_vxrail.py <hostname> <username> <password>
